Mi-am zis ca americanii sint idioti si pentru o perioada am facut torturi cum le faceam in Romania:insiropate. Dupa cateva luni bune dupa ce am ajuns aici, am decis sa incerc si acest mod american de a face pandispanul fara a-l insiropa. Retete de "pandispan" care nu se insiropeaza sint cu miile..asa ca am ales una si de indata ce am taiat tortul si l-am gustat m-am indragostit de acest fel de pandispan. <br /><br />Uitandu-ma la ingrediente si la modul de preparare...eu amestec faina cu cacaua praf fara sa dizolv cacaua in apa clocotica. SI pun ouale intregi, fara sa separ albusul de gelbenus. Bati crema de brinza (gen almette sau phily) cu zahar pudra si incorporezi ciocolata alba topita, totul dupa gust.
